Peace time ran its course in the town called Hope. It is now up to Charlie and Zoe to seek revenge on "The Reginald" and his lackeys who scattered the bodies of their fellow vigilantes across the town and neighboring city, and once again return Hope to the safe haven it once was for vigilantes and low grade criminals alike to seek a home to lay low.
